ive got tax discs early for sorned vehicles but its still an offence to put the car on the road before midnight on the last day of the sorned month

I applied for my tax disc online. But had to wait til the 1st day of the month to get the date to come up right, if Id done it the night before when I went on the website to see what date came up, I would have lost a whole month.
