Vodafone Employee Advantage & Cashback

I spoke to O2 retentions today to get my PAC code but they threw a small spanner in the works.

I'm looking for a Desire S - after seeing Voda's offer of £250 cashback (via Quidco - not guaranteed) and a 20% discount through the Employee Advantage programme - this would make it just shy of £15 quid a month based on a 24 month contract.....this is based on a 31 quid tariff reduced by 20% (24.80) then minus 250/10 = 10 quid....(rough estimates)

O2 have today offered me a reasonably similar tariff to what I'm on today (Simplicity 800mins / 1600 texts - 20 quid)

The offer was
300 mins / 500 texts - 500Mb data
Unlimited Openzone/Cloud wifi
Unlimited Landline calls
Desire S = 59.99
£21.50 per month for 24 month


HOWEVER I see the Voda deal of £31 per month - if they fulfill the cashback will be better (600 mins / unlimited texts / 500mb / 2Gb Openzone / Free Phone) but just concerned that if I take the Employee Advantage programme - will they pay on the cashback

This deal is only available to tariffs bought through the Vodafone Online Shop, Vodafone telesales and Vodafone shops - it's not available through Carphone Warehouse, Tesco, Quidco or Phones 4 U.
