Iphone 4 help....

Been trying to restore my Iphone 4 back to its normal factory settings as i am selling it tomorrow.

Went to restore it and now stuck on the screen showing Itunes Logo and USB Cable and everytime i try and restore it comes up with these messages:

"The iPhone could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build"

"itunes has detected an iphone in recovery mode. You must restore this iphone before it can be used with Itunes"

HELP!

Its running 4.3.3 and 04.01.10

ANY IDEAS?!?! Tried it on 2 different Mac's and with different itunes!

are the computers connected to the internet?

the latest firmware is 4.3.5 and that is the only one you would be able to put on the phone.

if it really can't restore you can download the specific firmware file for your phone from here (make sure you download the CORRECT firmware).

then connect the phone to itunes and clear any pop ups then on the iphones page shift click 'restore' (on a mac you have to hold 'option' while clicking restore not shift).
then navigate and select the firmware you downloaded, and let it sync it.

if that doesn't work then you will have to take it to apple to be fixed.

4.3.3 is blocked now, you need to restore it with 4.3.5 either download it or just press update and it will download it and do it for you.
