Customer service is abysmal, seriously. Somehow, the company is extremely good at *creating* problems (just have a look at the complaints thread on this forum, or have a read through the Voda eforum on their site) and getting these sorted is a complete pain and can take a long time - actually just getting through to customer service without being on hold for ages or getting cut off by the CS agent is quite an achievement.
Reception and internet speeds will vary, just like any of the other networks - just be aware that where data is concerned, Voda seems to suffer from "congestion issues" as they term it - basically too many people are trying to connect, and data is effectively unusable (it happens a lot in many parts of London as I found out when I was with them).
So up to you really, not a bad deal but make sure you get confirmation in writing if you go for it because you might find out that they actually sign you up to a completely different deal...Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0
