Shall I accept the final offer from 3? Seems nice
My current contract with 3 is ending soon. I have already got an offer from T mobile, it is a HTC Desire HD, 600min/500texts/unlimited landline/truly unlimited internet for £20/month, 24 month.
However, I just received a call from 3 who said to offer me a final offer:
1. iphone 4, free phone, 500 min, 2000 3-3 min, unlimited text, 1 GB internet, £30/month, 24 month.
2. Samsung Galaxy SII, free phone, 500 min, 2000 3-3 min, unlimited text, 1 GB internet, £30/month, 24 month.
3. HTC Sensation, free phone, 500 min, 2000 3-3 min, unlimited text, 1 GB internet, £30/month, 24 month.
Which one should I go now? which is best value please?:j

£240 over 24 months is alot of extra money to pay for those phones 3 are giving when you could flog your desire hd and buy one those phones for a extra £150.On the downside though tmobile dont have unlimited texts so it would come down to how you use your phone.0

Not wishing to teach you how to suck eggs as they say, please ensure 'that' call was from 3 and not a company posing as them. Only saying as l was stung some years ago.0 -
my contract is up with 3 this week, been with then 5 years and they wont budge abit on any deal for me, so i rang vodafone told them 3 offered me the s2 with 500 mins 5000tx and 1gb data for £25 a month 24 month and free phone, they didnt offer this, the vodafone rep said she could do the same but with 600 mins and 2gb of bt openzone.
your iphone offer seems good at £30 a month but as the new one will be out soon i can see the price dropping and if it was me and i took it id kick myself if it did and id taken that deal.
give other networks a ring see what they can offer first.0 -

With that being mentioned, you may wish to consider taking a 'sim only' upgrade which means you can upgrade the phone anytime within the next 12 months that way the iphone may be cheaper.
I actually questioned myself in regard to did l really need to change my phone, l found l was in that trap of thinking l needed to just because of it being upgrade time. I now pay just £6 a month0
