Thames Water - Meter

Had a letter yesterday from Thames Water suggesting that, based on my yearly payments, I can save up to 20% if a meter is fitted free of charge.
Their letter included a daigram showing savings made by houses similar to mine in size... not in the area though (London).
Our use is really "average" and although I am aware of plans to eventually fit meters all over not sure if I need to do it not just yet.

If you have a meter fitted, and it doesn't turn out to be cheaper, you have 12 months to revert back to your present arrangements of charges(based on Rateable Value)0

So it's basically a no-brainer-you cannot lose.No free lunch, and no free laptop
