Withdrawing cash abroad?

Hi all,
I am traveling to Albufeira next month and would like to know which card would be best to draw euros with. I have a Halifax Clarity credit card and a Post Office credit card and plan to do as much spending on them as possible. When I want some cash out of a cash machine - which card should I use?
Thanks in advance,
Mike

I have a similar question. I'm fine about cc spends as I'm an old customer of Nationwide and keep their gold cc for spends abroad. Having watched Martin's video and read the info on travel money I couldn't see advice on using ATMs abroad. I'll be in France and have previously used my Nationwide debit card for withdrawing cash. Is this still the cheapest option? I also have a FD debit card and a Premier HSBC one.CCs @0% £24k Dec 05 £19,621.41 Au £13400 S 12600 Oct £11,981 £9481 £7500 Nov £7250 D £7100 Jan 6950 F £5800 Mar£5400 May £4830 June £4660 July £4460 Aug £3200, S £900, £0 18/9/07 DFW Nerd 0420

Which website?
I have vowed never to use the Nationwide cash card again after using it in Crete and it being immediately blocked despite calling them in advance. Really ruined a day or two of our holiday.0 -

Halifax Clarity for cash. Cover any usage as soon as possible with an online payment.0 -

Nationwide Gold CC is fine for purchases.
For cash, think about another option. If you don't want to open another bank account or credit card, you can consider a prepaid Mastercard; Travelex Cash Passport Globe ordered via Top Cashback or Quidco.
That way any Pounds you initially load on to the card will attract a mere 0.99% transaction charge. No forex or ATM withdrawal charge.0 -

It doesn't give too much clarity about cash withdrawls, but question has been answered so thanks to everyone for responses.0
