We currently have phone and Broadband with BT, and TV with Sky. We have full HD, all entertainment packs, movies, sports, ESPN. Seems like we could save a bit of money by moving everything to sky - is this a complicated process?
Is it difficult switching from BT to SKY for line rental? Also, what happens in the interim period between swithcing - will we still be able to use phone and broadband whilethe switch is happening?
Thanks in advance.

Get your MAC from BT (check that you are not still in a minimum term contract, or you will be charged an ETC). Give it to Sky when signing up, job done.
The downtime on the switch day should be no more than a couple of hours at most.
NB: You should only do this if you can get the Sky LLU service on your exchange-Sky Connect (non-LLU) is dire-it's just a resold BT Wholesale product. Check your LLU options with an exchange search on https://www.samknows.com.No free lunch, and no free laptop
