Does anyone know it.
Their website doesn't provide it & they just provide a number which i called and was put on hold for 25 minutes ( a good ploy i think ).
I just want to fire a letter off and give them their 28 days notice.

Hi Daytona_nev,
if you are going to cancel in writing be sure you have received a response before considering the service is cancelled. At least when cancelling over the phone you will have it confirmed straight away.
