Scam I think.
This weekend - Friday it was I think i read somewhere of a scam which is currently happening.
Parcel is sent, you sign for it but it's in someone else's name.
Later someone arrives to collect the parcel and takes it if it is there and wasn't refused.
Later letters start coming through addressed to that same person saying the item hasn't been paid for - but it's on your address..and you signed for it.
Please check that when you sign for something it is in your name and if not refuse it.
Fingers crossed for you that nothing else arrives in the same name.0 -

I know that it's highly unlikely that anything will happen if they simply keep hold of the goods, but then again if someone reports their mail as lost and RM check up and the postie remembers who signed for it, they might follow it up.
The parcel has been signed for so its more than likely that the customer who ordered the goods will initiate a track & trace which could lead to the op who has signed for it.
This is not unsolicited goods, it is a parcel addressed to somebody that has been signed for by somebody else. It possibly traceable if the postie delivers to you AND the addressees property!
Do yourself a favour and either take it to the addressee or to a post office just in case.0
