I noticed that too, I get the impression that even if they went up 10% in a month the response would be "lol not even 11% this month".
I get the impression that any increase, no matter how small, is greeted with comments such as "get in" by some of the bulls.

Your comments confuse me, it sounds like you're expecting them to be increasing more. Both suggesting that 4% in 7 months is low and prices aren't going up as much as they should.

I made a mistake, thinking it was 4% over 20 months.

I think the moment the BoE starts to raise interest rates appreciably, is likely to be the moment we will start to see HPI.0
