Why don't you just ignore post by me then? Don't bother to go to the bother of typing.

Today, for example, you could have avoided posting on topics such as Nationwide House Price Data, Land Registry House Price Data and whether people who make a profit on the sale of house should pay tax on the profit.

Admittedly some of the stuff is about the most bullish house price predictor on the internet. Not interesting to you but it may be to those who watch Jonathan Davis on television.

No one "watches" Jonathan Davis on television. No one except for weird Jonathan Davis obsessed internet Tivo stalkers, who have Jonathan Davis dolls, coasters, posters, and screen savers in their home.

For most normal people, Jonathan Davis may appear on our tvs for a few minutes a year.

If I actually were Jonathan Davis I would be worried about your weird obsession with me.

+0.2% Back of the net. Get in. Stick that in your pipes and smoke it.

To be fair. This news will be exatly what the HPC team wanted. It all fits in with their 50% off by Xmas. :rotfl:

    +0.2% ?

That'll do. Another month of "why aren't house prices going up as much as they should ?".

Better than "house prices went up £5000 last month".

I've noticed that change in sentiment from a lot of pro-crash gloom mongers recently.

It used to be 'You just mark my words, prices will fall off a cliff any minute now'

Now it's 'I'm really glad prices aren't rising very fast'

Come to think of it I can't remember the last time someone used the phrase 'fall off a cliff', it used to be all the rage years ago.

I noticed that too, I get the impression that even if they went up 10% in a month the response would be "lol not even 11% this month".
