The question is, when?
It's been four years since the peak so my guess is Soon™
It's house prices on Earth that we are talking about here.Set your goals high, and don't stop till you get there.

Talking of numpty you do realise you've provided a link to the front page of HPC eh.0 -

No linky then?
Is it because he predicted "falls" as opposed to nominal falls.
Also, it does appear to be July 2011. We appear to have some way to go until this prediction can be assessed.

Yep, you are right, only 25%-35% to go in the next two years for JD to be proven correct again.0 -
Oh Dear Geneer. You are so not going to like this one. :Thttp://www.housepricecrash.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=165489&st=15

Well why didn't you provide a linky sooner pimp?:)
Ah well. Time will tell.
My own prediction was prices dropping of a cliff with years of grinding falls. Expected around 35% real falls.
This was pretty much the mainstream bearish consensus.
Have to say, I suspect JD is barking up the wrong tree with the details of this one.
Unlike, say, 2005 when he predicted house prices would fall in 2007.0 -
