Sorry to dissapoint you but bursars work in state schools too and they deal with finances. I'm not sure how the bursar would know what your children are like unless they go begging for money or making excuses why you aren't paying the fees. I rarely had anything to do with the bursar let alone my children. Fees are usually paid by bank transfer and there's usually a finance assistant to deal with queries on accounts anyway.

In "every other respect" apart from manners? Well I guess you have different priorities to me.

PPs suggestion to add another bathroom or two isn't unreasonable. Surely their rooms are big enough to use a small amount as an en suite. They don't need to have a bath each do they?

I may have to shorten up a room and put another en-suite in. Its the only answer to this hell.

Would it be possible to put a stud wall in the bedroom with the en suite, so that the bathroom is accessible from the landing and isn't actually in the bedroom? Depends on the layout of the house obviously, but if it was workable then all the boys could use it and no-one has any preferential treatment.
    :D I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe :D

god my son is very spoilt then - he has own bath that we can move into ANY room he demands and by gosh, if he wants a bath in the bedroom watching Neighbours, then a bath in the bedroom watching Neighbours it will be. He also pees wherever he likes.

I can highly recommend this special, unique bath - £9.99 from mothercare and other leading retailers........
