I've used GParted a few times, it comes as part of Ubuntu installation disk.
But you can download the GParted on its own.
You download the iso image and burn it to a cd as an iso. It's a 28.5MB download, doesn't take long.
When you've made the cd you put it in the drive and reboot.
You can download it from this page, top one on the list, gparted-livecd-0.3.3-0.iso
