Virgin charging for hd box ?

Any advice appreciated
My current package is
TV M+
Phone M
Broadband L
V HD Box

I pay £34.50 a month and i am out of contract, but having just checked online,i have found i am paying for a HD Box even though i have never had one i have the basic V Box
I will phone up to ask why i haven't got a hd box, but is it worth negotiating a better deal while i am at it?

Thanks

The only people in VM worth speaking to on anything like this are retentions because they are the only ones able to "do a deal".

I've no idea why VM insist on running their business like a stall at a car boot sale but it is a fact that they do. Call 150 and select the "I'm thinking of leaving option" and barter away. Being friendly will get you a better deal than being aggressive IMO.
