Update: all money has been refunded so thankfully that's sorted, the fraud team still don't seem to have a clue about how it all happened though.
Dare I use my new card? I don't know yet - maybe I'll move my account elsewhere... For the time being it will be sitting untouched whilst I keep a very close eye on the balance...July: Cushelle Koala!
