The Decking Firm

I recently (2 months ago) ordered some decking from 'the Decking Firm', part of 'AppleYard Ltd'. I had nothing but problems with them. They never delivered my decking, were impossible to get hold of, when they did answer, they took my order details and said they would call back in 15mins...then never did. They dont respond to emails either.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Has taken me 2 months nearly to get my money back (thanks to Google Checkout for their help).
I am gonna buy from somewhere local, e.g. B&Q, Wickes etc. All these online decking companies seem to be nothing but hassle.
Hope this helps someone avoid the problems I had!

I went to B&Q last weekend. When I walked in, the old guy who worked there said, "do you want decking?"
Luckily, I managed to get the first punch in.0 -
