It was the same for me but i phoned them and they said they will deducted the £20.00 when i will recieved the delivery until then they will not charge you anything on the credit card

I had actually 'unsubscribed' from Crowdity, following the Ocado debacle, but clearly they had not closed my account, for I was able to log in and found the code waiting in 'my vouchers'.
