i only got the confirmation from mysupermarket and there is nothing about the voucher on there. i logged in to my tesco account and it is showing the e-coupon of £20.00. I was still a bit concerned so i called them and they said dont worry about what amount it says at verified by visa as it changes due to what items are available and any discounts/vouchers.

thanks OP i've stocked up on some basics and coffee for OH cos its soooo expensive normally as with so many others on here i didnt get an email but the voucher was there when i logged in to crowdity, wouldnt have know if it wasnt for your post. :A

The eCoupon is valid on your first shop at tesco.com/groceries, and can only be used once per customer in a single order, delivered on or before 7th August 2011. The minimum spend excludes purchases of infant milk formulae, gift cards, Mobile top up, Mobile air-time and the tesco.com delivery charge. Purchases from Wine by the Case do not qualify. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other eCoupon beginning "XX".
