Tick....tock....!
Ditto!! Just got mine today and noticed straight away that it had the same 'return letter to' address as the previous letter which was apparently Roxburghe.
More ignoring...when will these guys get the message that some people don't just bend over and pay? Its a waste of everyone's time...in my case at least anyway :beer:0 -
Hi, I'm up to the same position, i've had the Graham White letter too and yes, i'm also ignoring.
I had been getting a lot of missed calls on my mobile from various mobile phone numbers (but all numerically simple) which I hadn't answered as anyone I know is already stored.... just received a text from one of the said mobile numbers telling me to call Roxburghe and that it is not a sales message!
Anyone shed any light on how exactly they can obtain my mobile phone number?0 -
Are there not cd's with mobile phone books on?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Well the DVLA have categorically said they 'only' give out the name and addy of vehicle keepers on their register, not any phone numbers (as if that makes the selling of our data OK?!).
So maybe 'Roxburghe aka Graham White' got it from something in the public domain? Facebook or whatever - why not try a Google search of yourself and see what comes up?
Knowing the underhand tactics of Roxburghe - which have caused the OFT to issue a warning that they are 'minded to revoke' their licence - they may know other ways to get details of people they are trying to trace.
Anyway, answer the call next time and tell them to do one, as the alleged debt is denied and any further contact from them or their alter ego Graham White will be reported to the authorities as harassment. Talk over them, make your point about the debt being denied, phone down.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The DVLA don't have my mobile number, I rarely give it out and I don't have it listed on facebook, I've also ignored all correspondence so I'm baffled as to how they have it.
... also tried googling myself and nothing has my number on....
i will phone my service provider tomorrow to see if they list it anywhere.
for info the numbers they are using are:
07837 667500
07837 667077
07837 667566
07837 666855
07837 667044
07837 667088
07837 668100
01932 332038
01932 332016
crikey, i didn't realise quite how many calls I had missed until I listed these all out.... they've called mostly during office hours so I don't answer my phone in work... wonder if they will resort to dialling my work phone??
I will try and answer it next time as this amount of calls IS harrasment.0 -
