I wish you luck, it's a devil, I'm lucky that after a good soak, I can usually rub with a towel (or long thumb nail) but around the bunions is awfull, even the ped thing doesn't do it for me.
Good idea about the vaseline, I wonder if I could smear a bit before going to work, the heat and socks might help it soak in, as long as I don't slip slide away and end up head first on the floor!

Ive used pedikur before off qvc which is good but quite expensive. Read somewhere that you can buy this as balsan. Going to see if I can get it cheaper.

astral cream. Its cheap and good. If I wear sandals the exposure to the air dries the skin out quicker - you might be doing this at the moment? So I put a thick layer on and let it sink on when I have my sandals on.
  • Trip to a salon for a pedicure or chiropodist/podiatrist if you have any worries about your health.

Did it once and it is so much easier to look after now - with a sea salt scrub, moisturiser to follow once a week and Vaseline intensive care for very dry skin every night.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

  • Scholl do a foot cream that you can normally buy in Home Bargains for £1 and it is really good so worth a try :)

I've had really shocking heels since my baby was born last year to the point where they've bled quite a lot and it's been incredibly painful to walk on them. They've not been so bad recently but I file and moisturise them before bed and then in the morning put cream on and then my socks, I've been usings CCS cream which was really good but am using the avon stuff as we had it in and it's okay but will buy more ccs when that is used. I find if I keep my socks on then I'm usually okay but I'm obviously boiling to death in this weather.
It's not like I've an excess of hard skin either, just really dodgy skin on my feet. Have been given a small tube of the pawpaw stuff so will try that at some point. I hate my feet.

Try Compeed cream (you can get it in Boots) it's the only thing I've found that works.
