    ill join in a HHC but after midgets are in bed.

    sausage casserole for tea so think it will take that long to scrub the stuff off the side of the pyrex dish! haha

    how does everyone keep their laminate dust free? i have a sweeper thing from lakeland but its not making a difference in picking up the dust, a normal brush doesnt seem to work so im at a loss as my dyson doesnt pick up on laminate?

    Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One
    Sweep and mop the floors

    Level Two
    Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary)
    Extras
    Sort through a cupboard or drawer.. I bet loads can be flung!
    Clean oven if it really needs it.. or just do the hob..
    Dust and deweb blinds/curtains!
    Tuesday - Sitting Room and Hallway
    Level Two
    Vacuum the floor now it is visible
    Clean any glass.. pictures, windows, mirrors etc
    Level Three
    Vacuum under any furniture you can.. please don't injure yourselves!
    Wipe sofas and dusty places
    HHC in the hallway.. sort those coats and shoes and mess!!
    Extras
    Vacuum AAALLLLLL the way up the stairs
    Spend 15 minutes tackling a hotspot!!
    Wipe the woodwork in these areas
    Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
    Remove bed linen and replace with fresh linen
    Level 2
    Vacuum mattress before replacing fresh linen
    Level 3
    Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
    Sort one area of clothes or linen storage making sure only what should be in there is, anything that's had it's day or doesn't belong there is removed
    Extras
    Air the duvet.. fling it over the line for half an hour if you can.. flyaway bugs!
    Clean windows in these rooms
    Thursday ~ Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
    Level Two
    Clear any clutter from desk
    Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
    Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
    Extras
    Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
    Friday ~ childrens rooms and spare rooms
    Level One
    Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc
    Level Two
    Vacuum the floor
    Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!
    Level Three
    Clean 2 windows
    Make a start on sorting out the school stuff to out away/get rid of -OHs work stuff instead
    Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors
    Extras

    Wipe the radiators, skirtings and window & door frames!
    Friday fling!! grab a binbag and fill it with stuff to leave the house.. rubbish or charity shop or to donate to a friend!

    1. Close Abbey Bank account
    3. chase up quote from builder: making loft hatch bigger and putting in ladders, putting in bannister & removing cables from roof and filling in gaps
    5. sort out kitchen walk in cupboard
    6. shredding to be done
    7. filing to be done
    10. sort out driving licence - need to wait to do passport
    11. organise clothes properly
    12. sort out underwear (need to find/buy bigger bras :eek:)

    Julie I will join in another HHC with you, this aim is to strip and make bed, and sort out all clothes/wardrobes properly. in which case id best get my behind down to the shed to get some storage boxes in order to organise bedding and towels.

    OH painting inside of fire surround.. and has informed me we are having takeaway chinese for dinner.. I might complain lol... :D:D:D:D

    Off to do last coat of pink emulsion and OH has a cupboard door to hang.
    Chillies stuffing their faces.

    KH has not suncreamed DS3 so he has scabs on his ear where they have burned!!! Apparently the shop had no sun cream!!! FW.. Why did he not say and I'd have given him my spare bottle.. Moron man!!!

    Apparently DS3 wet the bed on Tuesday night!!! Great stuff... in a sleeping bag in a tent!!!! He hasn't done that for years.. so I'd like to know what has gone on.. anyway, of all people DD3 pipes up 'DS3 wet the bed!! DS3 wet the bed!!'... so he went off on one and punched her in the head.. this is the girl who is nearly 11 and wears a nappy to bed!!!!!!!!!!! How very dare she!!!

    Hi everyone

    Hope your all well, sorry to all the birthdays and occasions I have missed and hugs to all the poorlies. Any further update from Triker? Hope DD is pain free...

    Have had a cra ppy cra ppy week...

    Off to find a list then try and work up some motivation instead of cosying in with the BD.

    Ive got a day off tomorrow, so want to do something with DS and his little friend and dont want to spend it all cleaning!

    2. Binbag dance... grab a bag fill it and fling it!
    3. Spend 15 minutes tackling a hotspot!!
    4. Wipe the woodwork in these areas

    15 minutes grotspot clearance
    Level 3
    Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
    Sort one area of clothes or linen storage making sure only what should be in there is, anything that's had it's day or doesn't belong there is removed
    Defluff and demuck woodwork... skirtings, window frames, door frames dados, picture rails etc
    Extras
    1. Wipe lightshades and dusty bulbs.
    2. Air the duvet.. fling it over the line for half an hour if you can.. fly away bugs!
    3. Clean windows in these rooms
    4. Binbag dance to go to charity shop! Or just general rehoming!
    Thursday ~ Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
    Level One
    Clean floors in these rooms
    Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment your pc while doing this.

    Level Two
    Clean baths, toilets, don't forget the outside! and sinks.. shine the taps with a toothbrush
    Clear any clutter from desk
    Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
    Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
    Level Three
    Extras
    1. Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
    2. clear a clutter spot in the bathroom and make it clean and decluttered!
    Friday ~ childrens rooms and spare rooms
    Level One
    Make an appointment for some ME-time.. hairdressers? manicure? night out with friends? .. whatever just do it!
    Level Two
    Vacuum the floor
    Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!
    Strip beds, turn and vacuum mattresses!! and replace with fresh linen .. check if duvets need freshening up too!!
    Level Three
    Clean 2 windows
    Make a start on sorting out the school stuff to out away/get rid of
    Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors
    Extras

    1. 15 minutes in the garden.. preparation for autumn :p, weeding or just enjoying!

    Well I've

    Pulled the settee out from the bay window
    Cleaned everything up that was underneath and at the side of it
    Cleared the window sill - kids seem to have been using it as a rubbish bin as it can't be seen at the back of the settee
    Cleaned window sill
    Cleaned skirting boards and walls
    Hoovered carpet
    Put settee back

    I'm going to do another HHC now - Jo you can join me!
