Problems with contacting Water Company.

How can I find out what Water Company supplies a property.

It is a metered property, but never had a bill (new build).

The Postcode is GL54 5JT.

It was Severn Trent, though they do not have the account listed or the property, but they installed the meter in November!

I now have an account set up, but they are refusing to go and read the meter, and we do not know where the meter is (it is not inside the property, as it would not fit!)

More than likely in the footpath then.

Ask them to come and show you where the meter is, or if the builder is still on site ask them
