Halifax Isa to Fixed Rate?

I have put my last year and this year allowance for cash ISA into the halifax reward Isa paying 3.3% I think.
Now I am considering whether to move this to a fixed rate Isa somewhere else for a better return.
Options - seen 3.8% odd somewhere for 3 years and a bit more for longer term.
Question 1 - are there any conditions on the halifax reward isa issue 4 on transferring out early? I should know this but don't unfortunately.
Question 2 - What be a good fixed rate to lock the money for and for how long for ?
Just need some opinions.

1) No
2) Thats not something anyone can answer, completely up to you to decide. Personally I wouldn't fix at 3.8% for 3 years, I'd just take 3.1% and wait for rates to go up.0 -

That is what I am thinking too but with rates not moving, getting a bit fed up . In hindsight, a year or so ago, it would have been thing to do....just don't know what to do now.
Post Office doign 3.75% - two years - hmmm...0 -
Halifax ISA Reward 4 pays 3.00% plus 0.20% for those with a qualifying current account.
You would miss out on the 0.20% if you moved the account elsewhere or chose to fix with Halifax.0 -

Thought it was 3.3% for current account holders when I signed up.
Transferred in last years allowance from another bank to halifax and added this years - that was in April this year so not going to lose much if I move it out.
Still can't decide. :eek:0 -

opinions4u is right, issue 4 is 3.00% plus a bonus of 0.2% paid on the anniversary of the account, but only if you hold a qualifying current account, if you move the funds, or fix, you loose the extra 0.2%100% G33K
