First Direct successes?

Sent my claim in over 9 weeks ago now, so they have just under 7 to respond. I have done a search of this forum to see how others have got on and it seems there are no successes whatsoever with first direct! Even with HSBC there are minimal successes, which is surprising for such a big bank. Can anyone give me any hope with upheld claim stories from first direct???

Wishing you luck on your reclaiming and fingers crossed.
There have been few successes but maybe you don't see they're name popping up like you do with say Lloyds/Barclays and so on, but everyone's circumstances differ and with a bit of luck you will win.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

I have did a search of the whole forum for first direct's name in any post and sadly have not come across any sucesses0 -

We are also working closely with the Financial Ombudsman Service to ensure that any PPI complaints that have been referred to them are resolved as quickly as possible. These timescales are in line with the specific requirements the FSA has published for the handling of complaints relating to PPI, these are available on the FSA's website.
