Hello

I am looking for some advice please. I have two laptops that I use for mu dads small business. I have microsoft office installed on both.

I want to know if its possible to have them speak with each other and be able to access same files on both. Also when I put an entry in the diary on one laptop I would like that to be able to show on the other laptop.

Is this possible please

Basically yes. Especially if both connect to the internet through a common router.
However, as Laz123 says, more information is required.

Do both connect to the internet, through the same router, be it wired or wireless?

And are you wanting this to work wherever they are, or just while they're both at home they'll synchronise?

You state you are running MS Office, so I am assuming that you are using Outlook for your email / calender.

No doubt someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I think that the facilty to share calendars or diaries is only available if you are running Microsoft Exchange with Office.
