    I have my date booked for the 15th. I had a choice of two appointments, I have no idea why but I picked the afternoon one, so will have a very stressfull morning waiting for the afternoon to come around.

    Now all I need to do is sit down and fill in all the forms. Will let you know how I get on

    Thank you both, will let you know how I get on, on the day. My appointment isn't untill the afternoon so as soon as I get back (and had a glass of wine) I'll update.

    I could have had the 8th but i'm not sure I would have my paperwork through in the post by then.
    Now to sit down and fill in the forms xx
