ok, a few days to go and im bricking it, i get paid tomorrow and my annual bonus has also been paid in, i was hoping to use this to cover summer holidays trips etc nothing flash, we are talking camping in Wales!
i also have a SO to pay my solicitor's bill - Should I cancel this? - (its going to be included in the Br)
I also may need to have some work done on the car - its making scary noises and I rely on it to trasport DO to child care, me to work and to see her father so its not an option to get the bus - (yet) :-(
is my account going to frozen from the day i go to court? i will still need to pay bills, court is 2nd August???

Smart? chill out it was a joke hence the smiley! As for confirmation, my court doesnt do appointments, like I said its just a case of going down on the 1st with the papers.

Sometimes you have to be slightly more careful, with jokes on here as often the written word can be interpreted so differently x

Bumping Dojo's Welcome post xHi everyone, welcome to the August 2011
Bankruptcy Club.
This club is for everyone who has gone through the process of Bankruptcy during August
2011. So please feel free to join and post.
Pop your name on here, the date that you went Bankrupt and the stage that you are at now in your Bankruptcy. And then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your journey through Bankruptcy. That way we can all stick together and compare notes and we will be there to support each other throughout the different stages in our Bankruptcy.
Remember this is your board so keep posting.
Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help us all and you are all welcome. Any important questions that do need answering are maybe still better posted on the main board but if you do put it on here, then maybe we can help each other.
Hopefully it will be an extra place for friendship and support as we compare notes and discuss what is happening with our Bankruptcies.
Please leave a post when you have been declared BR, and I will update the list.
