The august 2011 br club

Hi everyone, welcome to the August 2011
Bankruptcy Club.

This club is for everyone who has gone through the process of Bankruptcy during August
2011. So please feel free to join and post.

Pop your name on here, the date that you went Bankrupt and the stage that you are at now in your Bankruptcy. And then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your journey through Bankruptcy. That way we can all stick together and compare notes and we will be there to support each other throughout the different stages in our Bankruptcy.

Remember this is your board so keep posting.

Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help us all and you are all welcome. Any important questions that do need answering are maybe still better posted on the main board but if you do put it on here, then maybe we can help each other.

Hopefully it will be an extra place for friendship and support as we compare notes and discuss what is happening with our Bankruptcies.

I'm planning on doing it on the 1st as soon as all my essential direct debits have gone out of my account, my forms are almost complete so just need the trip to the court. Hopefully a month from now the worst will be over and I can have some stability back in my life.

it all really pants and i reckon im gonna be in trouble for the nursery thing,
probably lose the car,
my ex is going to go bonkers casuse its dropping him in it - although i dont feel bad about it, just anxious about how he is going to react -
im already in bother at work because ive taken DO out of nursery so i dont rack any more arrears up. Not enough leave to cover the days left before she starts school :-(
my bonus from last year gets paid this month so probably lose that which was meant to pay for a camping trip next month - only holiday for me and DO this year.
my wages will go down in september so I will need to go through the SOA all over again and its never going to end. im really fed up of this now - in this position because my ex couldnt keep it in his pants....im feeling sorry for myself and cant get out of this endless cycle of stress and worry and things getting messed up.
