thats what I was thinking,Ive booked car in for repair tomorrow. there is so much uncertainty and I dont want to make a situation that might already be bad, any worse or give the OR any reason to think im being reckless. ive been ignorant of the facts and had my priorities all messed up, but not intentionally reckless - I hope they see that.
still waiting to hear from OR for interview date, I hate waiting...ive got all my paperwork ready, sorted out bank accounts.....:(0 -
Ahh my date has changed, instead of going to court a week today (15th) I managed to get a cancellation on wednesday morning at 9.15am.
So so so nervous now, have so many questions going round my head, (will ask them all on here in a min or when they pop into my small brain) Still got the paper worrk to fill out, but at least it will be over and done with in 48 hrs (or less)

Can I join please? Went to the court this morning with my forms and cash, I have never felt so nervous in my whole life!! I sat waiting to see the district judge for an hour and a half and finally got to see him. Within 2 hours of arriving home I had a call from the official receiver and I'm finally free of the debt I've been struggling with for 6 years....the relief is indescribable :j0
