Yes, you should be calling for his banning mein fuhrer.

I'm sure he could report it and have the thread removed. ;)

A shame it doesn't have fewer!

Anyway, I think the attached tends to back up your history. Even a cave is not immune from a 25% drop in asking price.

Cave owner Steve Rush, 49, is auctioning off the Mystic Caverns in the hills of Ozark Mountains on eBay. The 28-acre property in Arkansas includes a gift shop and three caves, two of which are safe enough for visitors.
The bidding starts at $899,900 (£568,000), cut from Rush's original asking price of $1.2 million.

The English language is what is evolving over time, so it don't matter if you happen to do new versions as that is how to changes occur. Development, innit?

I doubt it as I'm rather bearish about the direction of house prices.

Thats not the club I'm talking about Cleaver. ;)

    No you're not! You're a BULL! And you're ANGRY! See? ;)
Who ever said you were bullish?
Correct me if I'm wrong Cleaver, but you've gone to great lengths to clarify your bearish position.
Whilst of course berating those who are a different kind of bear. Or haven't made the exact same bearish choices as you.
Or don't choose to express their bearish opinions in exactly the same kind of bearish way.

I know what it is....you're the only bear in the village.:rotfl:

Yeah there I was feeling a bit nerdy for logging on here every day to read a bit of discussion about house prices and the economy and occasionally get involved, and it turns out there's a whole frickin underworld to this sort of thing going on across different sites.

Scary, but makes me feel slightly better about my life.

You should hand in that OP in place of your MBA work btw.

I've just finished my assignment and I'm actually a bit prouder of the original post of this thread. And it probably has less spelling and grammar issues. And it'll be read by more people. And probably be of more use.

I don't know Cleaver. Its a bit pretentious.
    A bit, y'know, studenty.

Happily, it is a perfect and highly amusing ending to a process of someone scrabbling for their high horse, and falling to earth with a bump.

    Welcome to the playpen cleaver.
    Innit fun down here. :D

Well there's no shame in it, each to their own and all that. Just not really for me.

For some reason you seem to stand out from that crowd geneer, I wonder why that is? Maybe it's that whole 'keyboard warrior with no self-awareness' thing you have going on. Good to see you got a Thanks from rewired though, that's a surefire sign of credibility.

Y'know, I did actually think you worked at KFC from what your friend Pimperne1 was saying, so sorry to see you took offence at that. I can assure you that it didn't change my opinion of you in any way.

Anyway, See you next Tuesday. ;)

Naturally Heyman you meticulously typed that whole passive agressive ensemble without a single ounce of self awareness, irony or Hypocricy.

    In other words...exquisite. ;)
