True, but again I don't think i'll bother emailing them, it's was only a £5 item and lizbee said it wasn't all that good anyway, if it turn up it's turn's up, other then that i'll just forget about it.0 -

Thank you for your email.
In response to your enquiry I can inform you that the Budget Headset promotion is only valid for customers who ordered Broadband from BT before 31/01/05 and who registered for BT Communicator with Yahoo! messenger before 28/02/05.
If you have recently ordered Broadband from BT and registered for the BT Communicator with Yahoo! messenger, please call the BT Communicator Helpdesk. You will be asked to complete our standard security questions and will be issued with a unique voucher code for redemption at the BT Shop.
Customers who have found the promotion code from any other source are not eligible for this offer.
Ihope this information has been useful to you.
Thank you for contacting BT and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
Yours sincerely,
Mark Flanagan

well unless you ordered Broad band or communicator from BT, you were not entitled to apply for the free head phones in the first place. so not sure how that would stand with bt being in breach of any contract, if you werent entitled to apply anyway, order number or not is irrelevent i would have thought :-/Health is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die0 -
