O/T, why cant I track the delivery of BT headset?

In the email that said they have despatched it when I click tracking data it says this:

Proof of Delivery Information

No Tracking data has been found.

But why would it if the email clearly says One or more of your items have now been despatched?.

Date of dispatch (Tax Point): 28-02-2005!!.

I didn't get to complete the form because it kept crashing and was soooo slow. Yet i got an email at the weekend confirming my order ?
No dipatch email yet though ?

How long did you have to wait for that one ?

I presume they haven't sent mine as Royal Mail should have got it to me by now - a bit much to say fraud. Definitions of the word vary slightly but "A knowing misrepresentation made with intent of causing another to rely upon it to the latter's detriment" is about right.

We didn't do it knowingly so therefore it isn't fraud. Surely an email from BT saying thanks and get stuffed you're not getting a headset would have been a courtesy!
