O/T, why cant I track the delivery of BT headset?

    hmm i ordered 1 for myself and one for my dad - at different addresses.
    I had an email saying that mine had been dispatched but the link they gave said no tracking data (as other people have said)
    so i emailed bt back asking them if this was the correct link and if my head set had been dispatched and they confirmed by email the next day it was dispatched via royal mail :| but i havent recieved it.
    my father then got an email saying that MY order had been cancelled! even though he has a different postal AND email address.
    I wish Bt had just been honest. Had I known that this was an offer where you had to sign upto something in order to get this freebie then I would not have applied

    Wow, so maybe mine was canceled to, I was going to email them back asking if it had been dispatched or not but I don't want to cause any fuss.

    I got my despatch email on Tuesday, but no sign of the headset.
    Mine also says no tracking data.

    What email address are you going to use to contact them?

    I already have contacted them by replying to the "order conrimation" and dispatch emails but wouldnt bother, i dont think anyone will get the headset

    Hi

    I received the BT Headset on Thursday, I think the only reason I got it was because I ordered a telephone when I tracked it I could only find the telephone and not the headset so I telephoned them and they say they have had many problems, anyway to cut a long story short they decided as I had ordered the telephone I could have the headset.

    To make you all feel a lot better the headset is rubbish I have just given it to a 5 year old boy who is giving it to his Mother for Mothers day.

  • Have had the same problem. Sent e-mail to BT to sort out. See what happens, but if I've got an order number and they do not send the goods, they are in breach of contract.
