just had a call from these jokers saying we failed to collect from the post office as according to her the order wasn't cancelled or refunded ! clearly they cant read their own system as she is argued me it wasn't cancelled or refunded.

UPDATE -
This shop will stoop to any level to keep your money ,they even rang me on my mobile pretending to be Blackpool Trading Standards ,which was strange because i only gave consumer direct my land line number ! i realized after a few moments and said id have to ring them back ,he gave me his name + number ,the number was non existent so i rang Blackpool trading standards and asked for the name he had given me . there was someone there by that name but it wasn't the person i had spoken to earlier. i explained the problem and he has sorted it out he has a cheque for the amount paid and he is forwarding it to me ,he also pointed out that impersonating a trading standards officer is a criminal of fence.
