Three One Plan change of service

  • well i have the 25quid a month plan with all you can eat data ona 1 month rolling contract and my ister old nokia e71. i do use wifi hotspot app(joikuspot nokia s60 series) but i do find this a little slow, under 2meg connection., and my nearest3 mast ins less than half a mile away.

the problem is range and battery, the simplest solution to avoid annoy 3 is to get a spare 3g phone, plug it into a spare/old computer low poer linux computer will do. and use the computers wifi as a router. you can prob do it for a few quid and stick it in the loft as a server.

this way you get a server, decent wifi speeds and hopefully bt will sort out the phone lines(or bt wholesale) to avoid going bust!!!!

also if 3 are reading this and theres no reason why not, please bring out a one plan for mifi, unlimited wireless broadband for 20-30quid, people would pay that for decent broadband speeds. bt are awful (sorry but its true)

if martin could also ask bt to reduce phone line rental costs for phone lines with less funcionality that would be great too.

    kind regards

Hi, I just lined up the contacts of the microsim to the contacts in the dongle. Might have to try a couple of times to get it right but it worked.

You should get a micro sim to sim adapter most stores give them out for free (o2, t-mobile etc)
  • I think you need to prove that you was mis-sold the contract and take it from there.

Just use the Iphone to transmit wireless signal via the hotspot feature & keep it on charge most of the time & you will have your internet back.Plus Three will be happy as it is from our phone.

Ou might have to buy another phone for your own use on Orange though.
