Hi there, I just bought 700 euros today from Tesco Travel Money instore, although their rate wasn't best, they said they could match a rate from within 5 miles. That meant I could take advantage of the fact that ICE Scotland's internet voucher rate was within that range and managed to get it matched which saved me at least £11! I used a Bank of Scotland Debit card so that I would not be charged extra.
With tesco you also get a voucher book which might not be useful for everyone but better than going to ICE in Waverley Station and not getting the vouchers.
