To be fair I think it gets 90% of posters backs up to read the old 'I only want constructive comments post'. Don't know about you but when I start a thread on here its to gain a balanced perspective, not just because I want a load of strangers to tell me what I want to hear.

Why would anyone in their right mind start a thread and then try to limit replies to what they think is constructive? It makes no sense to do so.

I really don't know why people make such hard work of things like this !

1. Tesco DO NOT have £367 of YOUR money, they have £367 from the card issuer which happens also to be Tesco.
2. Therefore there is NO money to refund to you.
3. If you didn't receive the goods that you ordered and it appears on your card statement - you tell the card issuer that and you DON'T pay anything.

Hardly a "living hell" - mountains and molehills spring to mind.................
