So you've emailed the CEO then? Did you get a reply within 1 hour like another MSE member did with a follow up reply the day after? Or are you just an idle moaner?

Please stop replying, you're not contributing to this thread with more sarcasm like the other poster above mentioned. Please stop. Thanks

Seriously though, is it really a "living hell", some people's definition of this would place the African droughts as a living hell not some piddling mix up over a paltry £367 bill.........which will be resolved

Its really bad service, considering the credit card you used was with the same company.

Why couldnt someone with a brain call the card department, check they have sent the payment to Tesco mobile, and fulfill your order.

Its not rocket science is it.

Really poor service IMO, and I would want £100 off the phone for the incompetence and inconvenience.

It's not obviously living hell, but it is extremely bad customer service and at the end of the day how do you not know this has ruined my credit rating etc?

    Please crawl out of your...

And if you think £367 is paltry to you, then i salute you for being rich, for me that is a lot of money and takes up a lot of my measly wage, which must also be paltry to you. Please don't reply again being insulting, thanks :)

I think, ok, maybe i can go about this another way, get a charge back. Taking into account the above events and timeline.

    Tesco Credit Card saga timeline:

June 13th: Ring and confirm with Tesco Credit card agent the funds are ring fenced and placed on authorisation only.

June 15th: Money still showing missing on my CC, ring Tesco CC, they say 2-3 working days max and the funds will be released back to my CC

June 18th: Ring Tesco CC again, funds still not back, ask to be put through to charge back team, get put through, they say a form shall be in the post for me to fill in to issue a charge back claim

June 28th: Ring Tesco CC again, no form has arrived, they say they will send another in the post

July 5th: Ring Tesco CC again, no form received, they say they're really sorry but they don't know what's wrong, confirm my address is correct. Tell them i other paper correspondence from them and all my other post so what is the problem?! They fax me a copy of the charge back form, i immediately fill it in and fax it them back.

July 20th: Ring Tesco CC, they have no evidence of the faxed back chargeback form.

    yay........ :)

Oh dear. Kafka works for Tesco's. Hope you get your money back soon.
