I don't believe you that your money has been frozen for 6 months and that you have not done anything about it.

For once I'm with grumbler on this. Asking money you have no knowledge of to be removed from your account is not the act of a fraudster. It's actually quite normal. The bank just sends it back with a SWIFT message saying "beneficiary not expecting funds". Spending it or moving it would be dodgy.
