I don't believe you that your money has been frozen for 6 months and that you have not done anything about it.0 -

Erm... why?
For once I'm with grumbler on this. Asking money you have no knowledge of to be removed from your account is not the act of a fraudster. It's actually quite normal. The bank just sends it back with a SWIFT message saying "beneficiary not expecting funds". Spending it or moving it would be dodgy.
