Hello,
I am 18 years old and will be living in a house with three others, two of which are working and the other is at university.
I am studying a level 3 online diploma and will have a part time job which will be less then 15 hours a week.
I am calculating my finances and am unable to pay rent.
Its £320 each for each month.
Will there be any possible help I can get to help pay my rent?

Can I ask why you've moved into a flat share if you can't afford to pay the rent?
are you the partner of any of the other flat mates?0 -
I am close to being able to afford the rent with the part time job, just looking for a way to get the little extra cash I need.0

would need to know if any of the other sharers were your partner and if so what their income was0

I know the obvious option.
Like I said I am doing an online diploma and therefore having to not work anymore and concentrate on my studies would be great.

All other people living are all independent people just like myself, simply just a group of friends.0

I'd look at moving, £320 each for a houseshare of 4 for rent is extremely high.
Agree with the others though in that moving in was a bad idea if you cant afford the rent. If you are studying online presumably the hours you do are down to yourself, therefore no reason to not work full time during the week and study at night and weekends.0 -

I can hear you OP I can see you are in a difficult position and trying to resolve things for the long term however DaisyFlower is right there are thousands of people out there working full time and also studying nights weekends etc etc.
You are not really going to get much help if any at all from the government check out the entitledto link above to make sure though as you never know
Best of luck to you and I am sorry I cannot really suggest anything else

I work full time in accountancy, studying for ACCA and for BSc in Physics, i'm pretty sure if I have the time to do these and pay for all my rent & rates then you can do an online diploma and work more than a few hours a week.Per Mare Per Terram0 -
I know I could but why would I if I can get the very little extra I need paid by the government and therefore almost guarantee a pass and not be stressed and feel overworked, perhaps like yourself if your being honest, and you simply just cant compare your intelligent level to mine, yours is obviously greater because I know if I were to do them two courses at the same time I would not be able to pass either.I feel like I may struggle with this online diploma and only I know how much work I can handle.0
