Basically I've been duped over a phone deal by a salesman on the phone. :mad:
He rang me, we discussed a deal - part of the deal was a temporary sim until the phone came through, then he said it would be upgraded. I haven't received the phone or the upgraded deal, CW have no record of the deal as discussed I have no physical evidence of what was discussed and have just ended up with a sim that doesn't fit my needs. Nobody at CW can put me through to the department where this guy works - I do have his name - nobody seems to be able to contact their "direct sales".
I'm quite happy to discuss with the sim provider and see what can be done but is there anyway/anywhere where I can make a complaint about this guy and what he has done? I'm obviously angry at being duped as most people would be but I don't feel this guy should be allowed to get away with such a practice. If he's done it to me then he must be doing it to other people.
Any info you could give me would be great.

Thanks - do you really think there will be any point in complaining to them - sorry I was thinking more of some outside organisation that might have a bit more umph!

I think there always is point in complaining. Also, if you want to complain to ombudsman you have to exhaust the internal complaint procedure first.
Demand cancellation if they cannot supply you with a proof of the contract (the call record or transcript).0 -
Thanks Grumbler - have done as you suggested, mind you it's going to take them 4 days to get back to me according to their automated reply0
