Sony ericsson W810i help

recently my W810i has been giving me gip.
whenever i hang up an incoming call, it will ask me if i would like to save the number '0'. it's not normally a problem as i just click no but i fear i will chuck my phone if i'm in a bad mood and get p*ssed with it lol.
It's only done it the past few days and i've tried turning of and on ect...

try a master reset failing that it just needs a software/firmware update. Should be free to get as the handset is less than 12 months old under the manufacturers warranty

ok i'll try that, although i haver the latest firmware as the phone trys to update and says i have the latest one.

thats done the trick.
although i have to add all the pictures to my contacts again, set the date & time, make profiles, and most anoyingly, i had a record of my call time and message counter on it. i'm going to have to be real careful now not to go over on my calls. lol
