  • A few of my customers are on TalkTalk and are content with the service / price offering.

Generally, I push people towards PlusNet, though. Not a massive difference between them in price and I have found PN to be a little more attentive. That's not to say people don't have issues with them; but you'll find that with most ISPs. PlusNet have a highly effective public forum, though - which is open to all and moderated by volunteers - not staff. I like this aspect.

TT would be the essential package; PN would be their Value Package. You'll get discounts if you take their line rentals and calls as well. The end price often depends on what kind of exchange your hooked into.

    Good luck

The above mentioned TT and Plusne tpackages are only available at a budget price if you are on a TT LLU'd exchange or a Market 3 exchange respectively.
Since broadband is exchange specific, it's impossible to make a recommendation without knowing your exchange.
Do an exchange search for your LLU options on https://www.samknows.co, these will be the cheapest ones.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

Both TT and and Plusnet are available as options to me :)
