Hoping for some advice - Bright Finance/Welcome/FSCS

Finally managed to get the right info from Welcome and off to the FSCS/Deloitte and today had a letter back which says
"We can confirm we have received your application form from FSCS for your claim against the firm and initial reviews have been completed.
We will begin processing your claim shortly and will contact you should further information be required"
Is this a good sign? Any ideas what to expect next or how long??
