    Wow thanks, that's great to know. Even if CS sort it out I'm definity considering complaining about how difficult it is to talk to someone who can help and the unsympathetic attitude of the staff I have talked to. Still no phone call, I've been waiting in and using the time to iron and pack for our Summer break but the kids are up the wall with boredom!

    They released a few new sale rooms today so I used the voucher they gave me and rebooked. This time I got a family room (the doubles were actually full price) and was able to amend one of the flexible rooms to a family so my parents can now bring my nephews or take a kid from us.
    I spent ages on hold trying to tell someone to ignore my last email but couldn't get through.
    Pleeeeease CS spot my alterations in "my travelodge" and don't turn it back into a double!

    Apoligies for posting again but wanted to say an extra thankyou for the email addresses, the one I used worked a treat. After days of waiting for a response, I send an email to CS with a CC to a director and get an apologetic phone call the next day. My sugestions have been "passed on" (and probably filed under B for bin) but still he assures me he's on the case and everything should go smothly from now on.
