new broadband

Looking around at the moment for a broadband connection now we can get it in my area, tried wanadoo who i am with on dial up and had a few questions for them sent a number of emails and they didn't bother to answer my questons about there service. not impressed
While looking on here i found a link to totalise and the deal seamed very good so i asked them some questions about what equipment they supply and they replied but sadly didn't answer the questions this did take two days (makes you wonder what there customer service is like, i replied to the mail and asked the questions again and they as yet have not replied taken about a week altogether.
what i am after is a decent isp who want me as a customer

I've recently changed over from dial up Wanadoo to their BB. NIGHTMARE.

Their customer service is awful and I've spent hours trying to get connected- even had a PC guy in privately as they suggested it was something 'wrong' with my PC.

I'm solidering on because of the effort involved in changing addresses- so I'm interested to find more reliable/ more helpful / more customer orientated ISP.

Purusing this thread with interest.
