It was asking for the security information after I had logged in: just a box popping up and basically not letting me use the website's functions.
You could try Adblock Plus. It's a pop-up blocker for Firefox. It might block the troublesome pop-up, It may even give you information about the pop-up. Meanwhile keep a very close eye on your account. If your laptop has been compromised, the bad guys may already have your username and password.0
