Phones4U
I returned my mobile phone (motorola v300) to Phones4U as it had developed a fault. This was on 1st Feb. I kept the SIM card they sent the phone away to be repaired. I have been without a mobile since. I contacted the shop last week and they said they had lost my mobile and as a good will gesture they would replae it with a better model! I would hear from them by Monday of this week. I have heard nothing and i'm annoyed that I have been without a mobile for so long and they referred to the offer of a replacement a "good will gesture". Any tips/advice?
